Dealer Tire engaged City Architecture to assist in the development of expanding their offices and renovating the exterior of a 53,000 square foot building to provide a corporate identity reflective of their culture and values within in Cleveland's core. Due to the growth of their workforce, this facility plan is centered on the conversion of existing warehouse space into corporate offices. Operations were maintained throughout construction.
Upon completion of the first phase, City Architecture studied multiple campus plans. Property acquisition strategies, facility planning and operational efficiencies are all considered in this international company's future plans and became driving forces for their long-term master plan.
