Located in the vibrant Cedar-Lee District of Cleveland Heights, this project is envisioned to enhance its community through a sensitive and exciting design that creates public space and activity along a major arterial corridor. The mixed-use building integrates ground floor retail spaces and new residential options for the city. The new building will infill a high profile site and reconnect the district by reclaiming a large vacant parcel that is the preverbal "missing tooth" in Lee Road's streetscape. This initiative takes advantage of previous public investments, including a parking garage and the reconstruction of the streetscape.
Meadow brook Lee represents strategic urban infill redevelopment within the region's inner-ring suburbs. City Architecture has been long-time advocates of such development and is proud to continue our involvement with the City of Cleveland Heights in such a pivotal and timely initiative.
